- Private Equity Funds / Investors – In today’s environment of declining property values, some sponsors find their profit potential and even invested equity have declined substantially. Institutional equity investors may choose to replace their existing operating partner who no longer is motivated to manage the project, or may simply want third party oversight for their project.
